    We welcome your participation in the Book Country community. To be a participant, however, you must be on a computer online, which means you might occasionally encounter some technical issues.

    In order to help you avoid technical snafus most likely impede your access to or participation in our community, we've compiled a list of technology FAQs:

    What kind of device do I need to use Book Country?

    Book Country works best on a PC or Mac computer with a current operating system. While Book Country does work on most mobile devices, uploading books, reading and reviewing manuscripts, and participating in discussion forums are best done on a computer.

    Which browsers are supported?

    Please use the latest versions Firefox or Chrome for the best experience with Book Country. While Book Country will operate on most browsers, including those found only on tablets and mobile devices, it is optimized for Firefox and Chrome.

    Do you have a mobile app?

    Not yet. We're always working on ways to make your Book Country experience better, though, so there is probably a mobile app in our shared future. Keep checking back! Meanwhile, write to us if there is an app feature or function you'd find especially useful.

    Does Book Country use Cookies?

    We do. We use cookies whenever a user places an order. We also use cookies to auto-fill in a customer's name and email address where appropriate, including the form used to create an account on the User Registration page.

    The information contained in our cookies is only used by Book Country. Your Web browser will not pass a cookie to a site other than the one that created it.

    Most Web browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your Web browser's Help file to learn more about these functions. However, please note that refusing a cookie may limit your access to certain areas and/or functions of the Book Country, such as your ability to upload manuscripts and make purchases.

    Additionally, we generate cookies for tracking purposes through Google Analytics and Adwords.
