Heather started writing seriously in 2009 after the death of her father. She decided life is too short, and put her mind to work. She became addicted to all things paranormal after accidentally catching the series, True Blood, on HBO a couple of summers ago. When she found out it was a series of books, she received them as a gift, and read all of them within a week. After that series, she kept reading (pretty much anything she could get her hands on). Sookie Stackhouse, Anita Blake, Zoey Redbird, the Midnight Breed, the Black Dagger Brotherhood, and Rachel Morgan have been part of her life ever since. When she began writing, she chose some of her favorite things, added things that fascinate her, and her first novel, Libra Rising, was born.
