Atthys, GD, Carl, and all who are ready for it: I have copied/pasted info on marketing, tips/tricks, into files, reams of info, needing some inspection/editing, but I am willing to message it to you (if a PM will allow that amount of text) or paste it here. Far ranging, four years of stuff snatched off Salon/HuffPo/Beast, links followed from other sites, an overload of info. Some possibly useful, some merely amusing, a good deal of it, I'm sure, repetitive. If you want to see it, I will try to edit it down and whip it into shape by subject.
