Short Bio:
I studied art at the American Academy of Art, and writing/film at Chicago’s Columbia College, where my short story “Fear” was published in the Hair Trigger anthology. I subsequently worked briefly for Dreamworks in their animation department on the development team of the feature Spirit, as well as writing two science-fiction scripts for their live action department, though neither were ever produced.
The three feature-length documentaries I’ve written and directed include "In God we Trust?", Sophia Investigates the Good News Club", and the recently completed "In Reason We Trust", featuring Richard Dawkins, Adam Savage of Myth Busters, Eddie Izzard, and Greg Graffin of the band Bad Religion.
My paintings are my main source of income. I did a few cover illustrations for Dungeon and Dragon magazine long ago, but I mostly paint for galleries and museums now. I've always written, but this is my fist attempt at a novel.
