I am a romantic who also loves to be immersed in a world of fantasy and intrigue. I enjoy beautiful imagery and fantastic words that flow like music on the page. I love it when an author manages to capture me so completely that I have to pull myself out of a story; when I connect so fully with a book's characters that they seem like real people to me. My favorite books usually have a twist in the plot that I didn't see coming and have taken me to another world that is more colorful than my own.
