Leonardo Lima - 04/13/1976 - Traded a career in a large corporation by volunteering. Joined in an international NGO where he worked in various scenarios such as the Middle East and North Africa, but it was in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil where he developed his expertise.
As a knowledge management he is responsible for identifying, capturing and disseminating the knowledge necessary to carry out a project, for the content production of the organization also.
He rediscovered the literature in 2007 the year that he wrote his first novel.
Married, two children he believes that the literature is the "consruction of the human".
