I will read anything that will teach me something new including fiction. If something I read can make me feel some kind of emotion, that writer will have me for life. Grab me with your words and I will follow you to the end. Beware I am easily distracted by shiny things or cupcakes, so you might have to work extra hard to catch my attention. Come on show me what you've got.
When I write, I try my best to touch my readers. I love hearing things like "it made me cry, " "I felt so much, " or "I hate such and such character." Once you have accomplished that you have done more than write, you have left a mark and they will come back again waiting for another adventure. I have written 7 complete novels and 2 screenplays in the last year. I have 8 more in different phases of writing or editing.
