Pam is a real pain in the ass. She is also a baker and eater of cupcakes. Pam loves books and the publishing industry and works hard to learn all she can about the industry. You may see Pam at a conference, or your local indie. She is the one helping the customers until the customers realize she is just a creepy person and not an actual employee of the store. Pam partners with her local indie, runs teen programs and makes a general nuisance of herself. Pam is also searching for employment and believes that she does a damn fine job talking about herself in the third person.
