All right joking aside.

We know what this post is about;  we're talking about accent.   I write with a lot of characters who have the Inland North Accent as my accent combined with Italian influences;  so if you write stories from your regions how do you explain to your reader don't mistake writing with an accent for bad grammar.   Being able to write a short story with the accent is tricky as I can easy sound like a Canadian author as I use centre and theatre akin to what Canada does.  How does one catch a regional accent if they read Creative Nonfiction or Gothic Horror?

Wow! It's a challenge if you do not have a possibility to lead a reader to the origin of the speaker.

Examples are needed but I by hard adventure cannot think of any!
