Hi All
I live outside the US. I selected a self-publishing option and tried to make payment but could not select a country other than the US for my billing info.
Can anyone help?

As it mentions in the FAQs, you must have a valid US credit card (drawn on a US bank or credit lender) in order to purchase a publishing package.

So, does this mean a non US citizen will not be able to self-publish with Book Country?
