Short Bio:
Richard Tang is a stamp collector, currently living in Singapore. He has been collecting for 15 years, specializing in Commonwealth and China stamps. He also conducts researches on various philatelic topics and the relationship of the philatelic world with global socio-political, geographical and historical landscapes over time. For the first time, he will be publishing materials to share his knowledge about stamps with other hobbyists around the world.
