Short Bio:
L.R. Champion has come a long way since living in an abusive marriage and sleeping on the floor like the dog her ex husband said she was. She does a radio show on Tuesday with Gemjin Digital Radio, she is an advocate for Genesis House, shelter for abused women, and she wrote her story about her survival of domestic violence, Nine Brutal Years, which is available at Amazon. She also helps as many new writers as she can to get published, even if it means she has to upload every thing herself. She is currently as of Nov. 2015- working on getting a shelter client's first book published, since she saw great potential in the young lady. She hopes to one day see her book in all the shelters around the world in order to hopefully help empower women and men to stop domestic violence. L.R. Champion loves to read and has many books planned for the future. She also teaches the children at the shelter arts and crafts and empowers them with positive words, encouragement and love.
