Short Bio:

I am an educator. I currently teach reading and math to 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders. I also teach piano. My favorite skill is helping kids acquire skills they are unable to acquire by conventional means. A lifetime ago I was an accomplished horsewoman. I enjoyed running barrels, especially training a young horse. I have raised goats and calves, baby kittens, squirrels, rabbits, a raccoon, chickens, pigs, and a javelina. My husband has a plethora of snide Disney princess comments at the ready. What began as a way to spend cold winter days in an ancient house that was never warm enough, became an obsession. I had not taken time to savor a book in years. My habit spiraled out of control. I was a slave to the One Click Buy Button. Did I mention I teach? So I backed away from my kindle and dusted off my mac and I began to play with writing them. One ebook on Amazon, The Power of God for the Twitter Generation .

About dsholt's Reading & Writing

Reading about Celts and Vikings combined with a lifetime of faith and study has fueled hours of research into the dispersal from the tower of Babel and how that played I have always had a great interest in history. The time that I have spent reading out among the different families, eventually becoming tribes, then nations. I have taken many side trips, because even with a good Biblical foundation, getting past the surface information took a while. None of the time spent in this research was wasted time. It has been fascinating and is the building blocks to the series “The Sons of Japheth”.
