Short Bio:
I am a London based Oxford English graduate, ex managing director of a branding and design company and mother of three. I've always written short stories and articles, but it wasn't until five years ago that I wrote anything longer. I’m getting ready to query agents with my psychological thriller, CATCH UP, after a major revision over the past year. I’m also working on another psychological thriller, and I’ve workshopped other book-length manuscripts on Authonomy.
I believe the arts are a vital medium for the exploration of the human condition and the sharing of that experience visually as well as verbally. So, as well as writing, I am an artist focussing on mainly figurative sculpture and painting. My work can be found at http://helenarees.weebly.com/
