These things are tricky. One part confessional, one part self-exploration and a shot of creative juice. On the one hand I want to wow you with my brilliance and playfulness but on the other I don't want to lay it on too thick. -- Alright, you want to know something about me right? I am a mother to none and a 'mutha' to many. My interests are in things like Scuba-diving, and camping to cooking and wine tasting to sewing and crafts to painting and writing. I love super heroes and comic-cons and sci-fi and fantasy. I have worked in the computer industry making multi-player-games and the dot-com machine before it fell. I have since worked in customer service and in accounting but my love has always been in writing.

When I am making comments on writing, I use the 1 pen for a larger re-write, two and three for re-writes and four and five for ready for publication/submitting. This is NOT a star-system of 'do I think it's good'--it is about where in the process I personally view the writing. All writing will improve with revisions. All writing improves with more writing. Also please note that my opinions may suck--don't take what I say to heart! I may read something wrong or not closely enough. I am reading outside my comfort zone these days. My favorite authors are Fantasy, Romance or Horror writers but I'm trying to read more 'Main Stream', mysteries and sci-fi to break out a little more and explore what's out there. I'm also looking at books that I wouldn't pick up before or authors that I've heard a lot about but never thought to pick them up. I try to read about a book a week but it's challenging. This year has been my biggest reading year in awhile.
