What we will be talking about in these writings in the Book of Daniel in the Old testament and the book of Revelation in the New Testament. We will focus on these two books because Daniel and John are both Apocalyptic Prophets. Apocalyptic means a great catastrophic end. All Bible scholars agree that these two books contain eschatological prophecies, meaning end time prophecies. There is another reason why we want to put these two prophetic writings together, just read Daniel 7 and then read Revelation 13 and you will see that they are almost identical, it’s a carbon copy, you, even see the same images.
