Short Bio:
I love words! Reading, writing and talking are my reasons for being. i work in Education and so get to use them a lot; at 58 I am beginning to feel that if I don't make a move towards getting some of my work published very soon it's probably not going to happen at all. I live in the heart of the Black Country with my wife, a large Golden Retriever and 3 mad cats. For many years I was very involved in the Spiritualist movement, working as a medium and as President of a church. These days, although I still "hold the faith" I am no longer actively involved.
I think I have been writing fiction since the age of 7; my brother and I still giggle when we recall my reference to "the type of paper used for blackmail" in one of my early works!
Hopefully I have improved a little since then.
I am truly excited about the thought of joining this "bookish" community - if i can ever get my head around the technical side of things!
