Short Bio:
I am a professional, published, award-winning playwright. I have published 15 plays with 6 different publishing companies around the world. My repertoire of plays includes skits, monologues, one-acts, full-lengths and musicals. I also work for Demand Studios as a writer.
I was a teacher in the public school system for 5 years and I, also, ran an independent private school for 3 years. I have been teaching drama, coaching actors and directing plays for over 15 years. I have directed over 100 plays during that time. My teaching experience has allowed me to write and implement numerous lesson plans. I also received a grant to develop a play writing unit called, "Move Over Shakespeare". This unit is currently being used and enjoyed by teachers all over the world, but has mostly been promoted in Canada.
In my spare time I enjoy writing short stories and poetry.
