Felicia Holden is a community activist dedicated to the growth & development of others. Felicia speaks, blogs, teaches, and writes on Fitness, Nutrition, Self-Improvement, and Personal/Business Success. She is author of the book and online training series: “GET REAL: 31 Days to Authenticity”. She is also the founder of Transformation University, an organization that standardized personal and financial growth. Which includes “The Kids Academy”, a program for kids, by kids, “The Body Institute”, Fitness & Nutrition Coaching, and “TU E-Campus”, online self-improvement & financial mastery courses. She gives a weekly podcast and has a show on True Nubia Network Radio, Sundays at 8pm. Certified as a NASM CPT, Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner, Holistic & Integrative Nutrition Coach, Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, and mother of 7 creative young people, Felicia gives her greatest gift of knowledge to those who have passion, commitment, and diligence in pursuit of greatness.
