Short Bio:

I have been writing since I was at least in the third grade and I believe it is my calling. I used to read everything until I developed persnickety preferences I went to college for Creative Writing and got my BA in it because even though the program sucked I didn't see any point in going into higher education for anything other than my passion and calling despite the cost.

About S.T. Rucker's Reading & Writing

I see value in the work of all writers even though I'm fairly picky about what I will give my time to. I like reading books that appeal simultaneously to my sense of justice, adventure, romance, and the fantastic and whimsical. Once I start reading, I don't stop until I'm done (unless I feel the urge to throw the book out of the window or at a wall). I've been called a "book eater". I like to read and write while lying down in bed with pillow and blanket. As harmful and cruel as it is to trees and as old fashioned as it might seem in the modern age, I don't like reading books digitally; I like turning actual pages and not virtual ones.
