Short Bio:

I was born and bred in Mexico, and passed a great chunk of my life among the legend-rich state of Queretaro. My love for writing started, curiously enough, before I liked reading. To my childish logic, telling a story was loads more of fun than listening or reading about it. Now a days, half through the twenties decade of my life, many things have changed about me as a person, but never my passion for storytelling. I pass much of my time daydreaming, which tends to be quite de annoyance for many that know me. I'm a fan of coffee and food, both of which I love above all things. I fancy myself as an animal person, as someone that has an adventurous soul and a knack for finding trouble. I also write in typonese when I'm not careful enough. Besides that, I'm a friendly person, so feel free to contact me!

About Ana C.H. Herrero's Reading & Writing

As a romantic, I like a good romance. I like action and adventure and the usual rollercoaster ride. I enjoy drama, and original stuff. I'm not above a sappy ending, and I won't shy away from a tragic one. What I like most is a sense of detail; about the characters (what moves them), the place the story flows in, the time it is set in. More than anything, I'm big on character development. When I read, I can't help picking up details, or thinking "I would have done this like that", which is not to say I'm right. I'm just different. That habit of mine makes me a good, if somewhat lazy, critic.
