Short Bio:

Can't find a job, and I think writing resumes is much harder than churning out a thousand page best seller! So far neither one has been successful. So now I have time to let all these stories spill out. Writing makes the silent, empty house feel alive and that's important, otherwise Netflix and Amazon try to ensnare me. My created characters are like catnip to my feline attention. I let them out of the hard drive for hours at a time so I can play God, killing them off or letting them win after I make it almost impossible for them to do so. Sometimes they help out by telling me what they want. Sometimes I even listen. I put a lot into a story, but I am looking for bloodthirsty killers to rip my next book apart (someone reading this maybe). That way I can take the remains into triage and rebuild the bloody carcass into Invicibilicus! WAHAHAHAHA! (Evil laugh)

About Jerrie Catera's Reading & Writing

I read everything. My living room looks more like a library and the more it does, the better I like it! I use them a lot as references. Getting facts right is important to me. I have to put books away every few days so I can find a place to sit. I have a curious attraction to research about ancient religions and hard sciences. But more than anything I love a good detective story. Anything I read may have a reference to things I don't know. Then off I go to my bookshelves and pretty soon - no place to sit once again.
Favorite Writers:
Stephen King, Rex Stout
