Short Bio:
I have been writing for over 15 years while raising three children and working. I published “Always Alex” when my daughter was 6. I wanted to send a message to all little girls that what matters most is what's on the inside, not the outside. I believe the message is just as important today! I wrote and published my adult novel, “Photographs” as my youngest child was starting school. And I have two short stories to my credit. My stories derive from people, places and experiences. Ex-bosses, an ex-friend here and there and an ex-husband all make for really good material.
I also enjoy reading, cooking for family and friends, walking my dogs, baseball, a good glass of red wine and folding clothes. (Yes...I said that)
I have run 5 marathons, but I am not an expert on the subject...I started running to get out of the house.
I have three children that I am extremely proud of, even though they won't "friend" me on Facebook. Ahh, maybe I wouldn't be so proud:)
