I've been writing since I was a kid, but only in the past few years have I become truly dedicated to finishing the books I start and revising them until I can revise them no further. I write only urban fantasy, but I read a wide array of books with the largest concentrations in Victorian literature, fantasy, science fiction, and contemporary literature.
