About NonsensicalNovelist's Reading & Writing

Well, my love of writing and reading as well as my imagination has led me to come up with a lot of ideas for stories and novels. I have envisioned many familiar sights as well as strange and exciting scenes and places for my many stories such as: the rolling green hills of central Illinois (The setting for my children's book series The Adventures of Rachel Steward), to the post-apocalyptic streets of Chicago, Saint Louis, Tokyo, and New York (The setting for my Zombie and Apocalypse series Plague Men, Frostbite, Crimson Dawn, and A Diamond in the Sky), to the cobble streets of Brucara (A fictional London in my Cyberpunk series, Cyber Stream), etc. All in all, my favorite and most frequent genres and story types include: Coming-of-Age, Modern Romance, Slice-of-Life, Science Fiction, Post-apocalyptic Fiction, and Mystery/Suspense. I also draw much of my inspiration of my realistic fiction from my own experiences growing up here in Chicago which is a major setting in many of my stories.
