I read pretty much everything from every genre from memoirs to YA to Plato. I mostly write novel length material, and have a lot of problems with short stories because I always feel I have more to say. Though I do write some modern fiction, and vampire novels, I've been drawn more into historical fiction, mostly around the early 1900s through the 1930s.
