I was born in 1974, Houston, Texas, and started writing at an early age. My first book was written when I was eight years old for an elementary school assignment. It was called Silly Excuses—a book about the wonderful excuses young children can tell their parents when they are in trouble. Not only did I pass the assignment with an awesome grade, but also my teacher loved the book so much that she had it published in the school library. She was the first to praise my writing and encourage me to become an novelist. I have been writing ever since, completing a few short stories, and starting a few unfinished novels—life circumstances slowing me down. However, writing is my first love, and Lilac Temptress, an historical romance is my debut novel.
My hobbies include reading, baking sweets, traveling with my family across Europe, and life coaching.
