Writing allows me to create my own world. I love description. It's quite possibly my favorite part of writing, coming up with new comparisons that make me think. I love happy endings, but appreciate sad ones as well.
I am trilingual in English, Spanish, and Japanese. Japanese society in particular
interests me, and while I don't wish to live there, it fascinates me and makes for an interesting writing experience.
I love to read historical fiction. History has always excited me, and seeing that combined with a good storyline makes me happy.
The only book I couldn't read was Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrel. My father wanted me to read it at age 8 and it was too much for me.
