My mind works like lightning, one brilliant flash and it is all gone. That's why I write. About once a month, a sane thought actually floats across my mind so I grab it and scrawl it down before I forget it! Mostly, my imagination sparks with colour and crazy thoughts (once I even thought about God making a necklace of humans, I mean talk about random). But it can become dark and dreamy or flaming hot in a matter of seconds.
I am largely inspired by music (NIGHTWISH!) But anything can spike my muse. I've been writing since I could pick up a pencil but most of the work I did (if you can call it work) when I was younger is about handsome princes and castles and all that rubbish. I hope I have improved a little since then...
I write every genre, but my favourite is poetry or fantasy or realism.
Hmm... I read everything. Don't care what genre, as long as it's unique and avoids cliches then GIVE IT TO ME!
I devour constructive criticism as well and wish to be a published author. :D
