About Alireza Mirasadullah's Reading & Writing

I went to war as a young soldier when I was fourteen. A year later war was over and few years after I moved to New Zealand as a refugee. The living condition of the other Iranian refugees in NZ inspired me to write stories. Since then I have travelled a lot and worked as a journalist. Even I returned to Iran Because of which, I went in trouble and was imprisoned for a short period of time. I was escaping from Iran via Iraq where I was imprisoned again this time by Iraqis. At the moment I am working at BBC World Service here in London. While I was in Iran I published eight books in Persian.
