Frank Anthony Polito is the award-winning author of the '80s-themed novels BAND FAGS! and DRAMA QUEERS!, (Kensington) and the Young Adult novel, LOST IN THE '90s, published under his own imprint, Woodward Avenue Books. His novella, "A Christmas to Remember" (the sequel to Band Fags!) is featured in the collection, REMEMBERING CHRISTMAS (Kensington).
In addition to novel writing, Frank is an award-winning playwright, and has also written several screenplays and teleplays, including adaptions of Band Fags! for both the big and small screens. He holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from Carnegie Mellon.
