Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Comics, Manga; those are my reading loves. Though I do tend to dabble in other genres, those are the ones that are tried and true to me. As such, they shape much of my writing and its specific style. I don't usually confine myself to one genre, trying my hand at multiple subject matters to see whether or not I can get a good grasp of them. I do worry that my writing may come off as 'gimicky' or 'too cartoony', but I still consider myself to be competent enough to spin a good yarn. I have a bad habit of editing and perfecting as I go, which makes me prone to not finishing what I start. It's a bad habit I'm trying to shake myself out of. So far, I haven't had very much luck...
