About Rue Barnacle's Reading & Writing

I read voraciously and love good mysteries, fantasy, classics, science-based nonfiction, children's books and poetry. I'm completing a gut revision of a novel, first of a (very) loosely-connected trilogy, querying about a middle grade book, and planning a new middle grade series. Other writing includes communications and marketing for corporations and not-for profits, speeches and ghost-blogging and byline pieces for clients. I'd do more freelance journalism if it paid better--one of the most interesting jobs I ever had was feature writer for a weekly magazine.

Don DeLillo
