I am a big fan of Tom Clancy and Michael Crichton. Intellectually inspired suspense and mystery is my weakness. I also enjoy William Faulkner and James Joyce, both powerful writers. I am currently working on my first novel, working title, The Second Son. Set in 19th century England and the western United States, it chronicles the life of Reginald Breen the second son of the fifth Earl of Hampshire. He is a neer do well who immigrates to America in 1841- at his father's suggestion - and joins the western migration.
