Short Bio:

Jamie Grubb currently resides in Wisconsin where she lives with her two children. Early on if you had asked what her worst subject was in school she would have told you English. Little did she know that very subject that she despised would be her calling today. With no formal training to speak of though the thought of ever publishing has been a dream. Reading has always been a short escape from reality for Jamie and while reading some of the more popular Indie Authors found herself editing their work. She found an enjoyment in it and found ideas for novels of her popping into her head. With the mentality of 'it can't hurt to try' she has started on a path to hopefully publishing in the near future.

About Jamie Grubb's Reading & Writing

My Kindle is an extension of me. It is with me at all times. Since I was a child I have had a fondness for the escape that reading allows and as life has progressed that fondness has grown into an appreciation for the ability a writer has to fully emerge me into a fantasy world. I read a lot of paranormal romances because to me the idea of a passionate intermingling of two souls is as far fetched as vampires and werewolves. Plus I have always had a connection to the "dark" world of such supernatural creatures. I do not only read that genre though. Any story that has a gripping synopsis is likely to be added to my library. It is not uncommon for a story to grab my attention and keep me up all night until I finish it and hopefully there is no sequel or I may not sleep at all. If it takes me longer than a day or two to read the book I picked the wrong story. I would never say it was a bad story though because I'm sure there is someone out there that it spoke to it just wasn't me.
