Having realised little, or no, talent in Art, I began to write as a hobby. I do not consider myself a writer, but a good story teller. Themes emerge from my rich and diverse experiences, which include early south bronx development, offspring of two Holocaust Survivors, therapy with dolphins, military service, and clinical psychology. I would consider my writing style "skinny" and enjoy the challenge of presenting my thoughts or scenes in a suggestive way that encourages the reader to visualise the rest.
I cannot stand writing that is dominated by dialogue, or sentences that do not connect well, or long passages to describe simple events.
