I love reading genre fiction, mostly mystery, fantasy and sci-fi. I worked many years as a technical writer, and I'm good at it. However, in my retirement I want to write what I like to read - genre fiction. When I read a book, I live for a time in a world someone else created. That is what I want to do - create a world people want to visit for a time.
