I am obsessed with books, all kinds of books. I love how a book feels in my hands. I even love the smell of books. Going into a bookstore or library relaxes me like zanax relaxes some of my friends. I can open a book and the world falls away. The dishes don’t get done, the guys have to fix their own dinner. I am gone until I get to the last page. I don’t take cigarette breaks at work, I take chapter breaks. I don’t mind long lines. They are just another opportunity to get in a couple more pages.
