I keep my local library in business. On average, I read 6-8 books a month. Lately, my obsession has been with biographies and human interest non-fiction. (I highly recommend "Nothing to Envy: Ordinary Lives in North Korea" by Barbara Demick.) I've been writing in some form or another since I started keeping a diary in fourth grade. I've been published twice; once was a poem in True Romance magazine and the other was a straight piece about building your own college major for a college scholarship website. In my writing, I tend toward contemporary romance and young adult fiction.
