Like so may I am surrounded by books, though mostly I read non fiction because of work and study. I adore all kinds of books and being a woman of moods and location where I am dictates what I read. By my bed is currently Half of a Yellow Sun (2nd reading ) and Guernica, though on holiday I will opt for ChickLit which is easy to put down.
A great fan of short stories I like to weave a story into a 1000 words or less and more and my concentration goes for a wander. My hope is that I can knit lots of short stories into one novel.....
At home, I am mum to one dog and four chickens. Walking is a great love and brilliant for cleansing the mind.
