Since I write gay fiction, I am generally drawn to other writers who write in that genre, but that is not to say that I don't read anything else. I am currently re-writing one of the novels I've published, mainly because I was dissatisfied with it after it lay fallow for six months and I re-read it. I think that I am making it stronger and less wordy now.
