In addition to writing short fiction, poetry and a 400+ page novel (copywrighted but not yet published) have published research on whistleblowing in educational settings which has been cited in two scholarly books on ethnography. I presented the whistleblowers' profiles using a multi-genre approach-story narratives and plays. Presented my Ph.D. research at NYU and University of Pennyslvania. Edited education publications and directed/advised publications of students' writing from start to finish: award winning literary magazines, newspapers, yearbooks. Currently, tutor and mentor students and am working on a project about fat and skinny women, a combination memoir and politically incorrect social criticism about American cultural folkways on obesity and uber sveltness. (I lost 110 pounds in the past three years and have 10 pounds to go to reach 120 at 5'5.6" naked and dripping wet. Fat for 80% of my life, I am learned in the ways of The Fat and The Skinny.)
