Ever since she was in fourth grade, her dream was to become a writer. She'd read books at the highest level but enjoyed all types of styles. Something about going into a new world made her want to write down my own. Starting from elementary school, writing her own stories about her Barbies have developed to writing complex stories that show a truth in life or teach a lesson. She likes writing stories that relate somehow in her own life, typically things like love and pain, but also things that have no connection to her own. The point of a story in her opinion is to write to make the reader have an emotional impact after the story, and think about it for some time afterward. She deems her best writing quality as her voice, because it is very distinct, yet she also values imagery and depth. Currently, she attends Marist College. She dreams of having a short story or novel published one day.
