About Peggy Holloway's Reading & Writing

For many years I averaged reading one to two books a day. I learned my writing skills by reading books. After reading thousands, I began to notice how diaglog was written etc. I noticed when an author did things that irritated me, like saying he said, she said etc. I think the thing that irritates me the most is when someone who doesn't read tries to critique my books. I do like good honest feedback and can take it if it makes sense. I'm always looking for new good authors to read because all my favorites can't seem to keep up with me. If I need a thesaurus to read a book I leave it. I read strictly for fun and relaxation.
Favorite Writers:
Nelson DeMille
Tess Garrison
Johnathan and Faye Kellerman
Patricia Cornwell
James Patterson
