I became an avid reader in the 1st grade thanks to an amazing teacher, and I haven't put books down yet. I prefer to read and write fiction, though I've dabbled a bit in reading and writing the opposite.
Going to school for creative writing taught me that no college degree can ever make you a writer, but those classes certainly won't make you a worse one.
