I'm an avid, if indiscriminate, reader. I love books of all types, particularly mysteries and thrillers. I have a website (AliveontheShelves.com) where I review a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction.
I enjoy good books, good movies, good wine and smart, funny people to share them with. I'm a fairly talented cook and a bit crafty. I appreciate well-chosen words. I'm a bit of a grammar freak. I don't watch much tv (although I am devoted to the things I do watch) but I spend a ton of time on the internet.
I love to travel and my day-job offers me plenty of opportunities (and plenty of time for reading in airports). I've been all over the US as well as a number of European destinations; I hope to tackle some Asian locales next.
