About Andrew Reid's Reading & Writing

I read a lot, and I read widely. I went through a decade-long phase of Fantasy novels that burned itself out a few years back, so have been switching between Science Fiction and history books. I received a Kindle for my last birthday, which has significantly decreased the strain on my bookshelves, while increasing the strain on my wallet. I have been writing on and off since my teens, mostly abortive attempts at novels and fully-malformed short stories. I have notepads full of half-formed ideas and some indecipherable attempts at longer pieces. Last year, I finished my first "complete" novel-length piece of work which I am currently re-working.
