About Gary Fowlie's Reading & Writing

An eclectic reader and writer who aspires to master literary non-fiction and non-literary fiction (aka pulp) in a new multi-media format. In the meantime I aim for truth and justice in 750 words with either a pencil or a keyboard. I've worked as a journalist, economist, television news producer and UN executive for 30+ years. In addition to my published and/or broadcast work I have amassed a few dozen moleskin notebooks full of 'stories from the media stakeout' that someday I will turn into a multi-media platform that combines the spoken and written word. I'm rewritting a novel I thought I finished 10 years ago. 'The Ghost Dance Moon' seems to want to come back to life - even if I'm the only one it ever haunts.
