I write historical family sagas set in the early twentieth century and love, love, love the research for this period. City of Slaughter is my fifth book - the first to be published. Four collect dust bunnies under the bed. Two probably deserve to be there.
My short stories have been published in numerous literary magazines and anthologies, and some have won prizes.
My reading is eclectic from non-fiction true crime to oddball fiction. Almost all of it read slowly, savoring the sentences, feeling the writing, good and bad.
