About Niko Silvester's Reading & Writing

I'll read just about anything, both fiction and non-fiction, which means my writing tends to blur genres since I use whatever seems to fit the story at the time. I prefer my work to have at least a touch of the fantastic, but sometimes what seems magical turns out to be illusion. I use folklore themes a lot, but I like to combine them with urban settings, or made-up "historical" places.
